Thanks for your advice.  It worked a treat!  I wasn't aware that the option
was there.  I didn't realise that it was selective on supplier so it didn't
take long to run.

If you do an Log Items Enquiry (F11) in the Supplier enquiry are any items
displayed?

To rebuild the log balances it is 17 / APU.

11 / APU is the rebuild of the 'other' balances.

I have a few tips to overcome problems with balances - let me know how you
go.

This might be a good place to start...
I'd whip out the documentation on this topic and read up on it...
You can run this option to "Verify" only and it will generate a report
without updating the balances...

Dear All,
I have a problem where PLP06 is showing an outstanding log balance against
a
supplier.  However when I query PLP15 using criteria LOGI15 EQ 'L' and
RSTS15 NE 'D' (which should show log items outstanding) there are no
records
for that supplier.
Has anyone had this problem before?  Do you know why it happens and how it
can be rectified without fiddling the data?
