Just an after thought....not intended to be a slam.. After the source code is no longer available, how will JBA accommodate the increase in calls for fixes? >From others emails on this subject, several have stated that their rep's have changed frequently. How will critical issues be handled when access to code is no longer available to resolve issues in house. Companies could be at the mercy of the JBA help desk.... Will documentation be revised and include error messages and important information that is now lacking? If a company reports a bug and JBA implements a fix, how will it be communicated to the rest of the effected customer base? Has anyone heard what JBA is going to do to make up for restricting access to source code?
