It sounds like the "ground swell" is starting....

Another interesting scenario is JBA has used source developed by some of its
customers in the past.  Now the customer may loose source for something they
developed or helped develop.  So much for collaboration!

I would certainly ditto all that has been written previously and as others, I
was concerned with the lack of resources at JBA prior to the latest loss of
experienced consultancy.

My hesitancy to voice concern comes from being on the consultancy side and any
comments would sound disingenuous even though we have little dependency on JBA
work.
