× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Regarding written notification...

Our last service pack did include only 1 of the two CDs available for
Service Pack 3 - V3.5.2B...
We got the CD containing the Objects - we did not get the CD containing the
Source Code...

There was a form letter enclosure which indicated that they felt we were
not entitled to receive the Source Code...
And, that if we felt we were entitled to it, we should review our contract
and call the support desk...

Schedule D of our contract does not mention source code so they take that
to mean that we are not entitled to get it...

I disagree...

That is my experience with written notification...
