In the past I have changed a lot of programs, especially inquiry programs,
to call other JBA programs. If you have set up and saved the LDA
appropriately, carefully observed last return code usage, and been
generally very good about knowing what you are doing within a group of
programs, you can get away with only one license count against the string
of programs, since you only took one menu choice and let the programming do
the walking.

The site I am currently at has only 25 licensed users. Remember, when a
user is in an option they count as one use. If they are in invoice inquiry
on one session and order inquiry on another sessions this counts as two.
If the user is at a menu but not in an option this is not counted.
With the few liicenses that we have we are forever getting after users
to
make sure they exit to a menu before they go for lunch and not leave their
screen in an inquiry.

Just out of curiosity.. how many users does everyone have on JBA System 21?
We have a license for 400 users.. but have found that isn't even close to
enough. We need many more licenses just to accomodate everyone with one
session.
