Jim, you don't seem very happy with JBA and I'm wondering about how
other people in your company feel.  If you have a license for 400 users,
then your company must have a hefty investment in JBA.  We are licensed
for 120 named users and we expect to go live with around 100.  We'll be
using S21 Explorer (if it works) to facilitate multiple sessions w/out
using up additional licenses.
