Thank you for those details. In between messages, I did get the
suggestion to base64 decode the signature and yes, my length came out to
256. This got rid of the CPF9DCE invalid length error.
At this point, I'm getting CPF9DEF verification failed. Per your
suggestion, I will try translating the header.payload to ASCII and see how
it goes.
