Translating the base64 parm3 (header.payload) to ASCII didn't help. I
didn't expect it to work but I desperate at this point.
<rant> Having to deal with the cryptic (no pun intended) IBM documentation
is an example of why people think you cannot do things with RPGLE. This is
frustrating</rant>
I got a couple of ideas to try. I'll report back later.
