I'm curious about something: For those who are still working on source
members in source physical files, when you're not using one of the
explicitly IBM-i-aware options, how do you handle the source line
dates?

For that matter, I'm counting VS Code + relevant extensions as
"explicitly IBM-i-aware", but for much of its existence, it didn't
have *any* source line date support; and even after Liam hammered out
the current diff-based date support relatively recently, (a) many
users didn't (and probably still don't) know about it, thus they
haven't enabled it, and (b) it's still kinda quirky.

So, do the line dates not matter to you or your shop? If they don't
matter: great, good riddance! But I've only ever encountered folks who
either cared that the dates stay as accurate as possible, or have
fully embraced stream-based source instead of member-based source.
