I believe that SSDrawing_createPicture is an instance method - so although the proto only lists two parms there is a hidden first parm required - I guess the workbook ? I am so rusty on this stuff as I haven't used in 10+ years.
Study the protos of some of the other methods you are using that don't barf, and it should become obvious what you need.
