I am using POI 3.12, and am assuming this version of POI has no issues
with trying to do the following:
I am trying to load a small JPEG object onto a spreadsheet in an area
bordered by rows 1 and 2 and columns H and I.
I have successfully used [i.e. has not crashed] the ss_addpicture
procedure to add the picture from the IFS to the workbook. This returns an
INT(10), which is zero.
I think I then need to create an anchor by:
- ssclientanchor_setanchortype then
- new_ssclientanchor.
which creates a "hook" to place the picture.
Finally,
I think I then need to execute a
ssdrawing_createpicture passing the anchor and picture to "put the picture
on the hook"
The ssdrawing_createpicture does not compile because of prototype
differences, but I looked at the compile listing and it seems to match, so
I am not clear as why the compile fails.
Does anyone have a working example they can share? Everything else I have
tried in POI seems to work except this one thing.
Thank you,
Doug
