field names are the same and the total of these fields need to be put in
the same line where earlier total was being displayed( before i increased
the length of one of these fields) but had to increase one field length
that caused all this disturbance.
So how to adjust this in the same summary(footer line) line where the
total of all the columns be seen in the same line corresponding to each
column heading( field heading) in this program defined printer file?
Thanks

Same field name on the total line?
If not, and the total line fields are larger, make 2 total
lines, alternating the fields. Put odd numbered fields on one line and
even numbered fields on the other line.

but this being a program described printer file, how could this 'use +2
specify 2 spaces' be used in existing program described printer file?glenn.gundermann@xxxxxxxxx>
Thanks
