Output Formatted XML

I'm currently outputting an XML doc to the IFS using embedded SQL, no
issue there.

Now the person on the receiving end is demanding the <?xml version="1.0"
encoding="UTF-8?> be on line 1 of the document followed by a line feed
with the XML data starting on the second line.

Was hoping to accomplish this using SQL instead of a re-write to output
using pure RPG. Is there a way to have SQL output formatted/indented
XML?
