As it happens, for some years we coded a home-grown split procedure
that is able to split on consecutive delimiters.
Now, when a change to the program is due I had the bright idea to replace
it with IBM's %split
So that it looks more "Elegant".

I'll treasure the %elem(Dynarray) = 0 though.
