Hopefully, not. Service programs that allocate resources dynamically should
provide a procedure that explicitly frees that memory. Users shouldn't have
to tolerate what effectively amounts to built-in memory leaks. Service
programs typically run in the *caller activation group, which if reclaimed
could be terrible.
