Indeed. Even if you don't use anything but the Primary File (or even if you don't have a Primary File, and use something else to trip LR, like maybe slaving it to a function key), The Cycle is a useful tool. Why walk, when you can take a free ride?

Besides which, The Cycle is there whether you use it or not. You can ride it; you can disable it with a compiler directive; you can jump off by setting LR at the beginning of the program, but you must never ignore it.

(And this comment is just an excuse to double-check I'm still able to post now that DMARC enforcement is turned on.)
