As long as you do not execute a COMMIT or ROLLBACK the transaction is still
active, i.e. rows are still locked.
If you end commitment control or end job and did not set a COMMIT before the
end, a ROLLBACK will automatically be performed.

In the event of an unhandled exception in the program, the error is answered
with a "C" (cancel), and control returns to the calling CLLE, has an
automatic rollback already occurred?
