No, because commitment control is still active.

Just getting an error does not force commitment control to end.

If the CLLE program issues an ENDCMTCTL then the CLLE will also get a message about the outstanding records.

If the entire job is ended, then the rollback would occur.

Otherwise you would need to run either a commit or a rollback command.
Which you can to in CLLE or in RPGLE.

I do not recall seeing any way to force another job to commit or rollback from outside the job, in case that was something you were thinking about next.
