Nah.  Can't be "spot on", I never get things right the first time, haha.

I think its a bug. Its easy to work around by moving the prototype out of Proc1, or eliminating the prototype entirely (what's the point of a prototype for a procedure with no PI that's in the same module?) but... its probably a bug and should be reported to IBM.
