Knowing the TR level won't help Niels.

Although RPG enhancements tend to arrive at the same time as TR updates, they are not actually part of them and are installed separately by regular PTF.

Only think I can think of it to write a small preprocessor that checks if the required PTF is present and have it set a definition to the compile command.
