Basic rules when using system APIs:
1. Always CLEAR the whole data structure.
2. Then the bytes provided field must be loaded with the %SIZE of the same
structure.
3. If the bytes available field returned greater than zero, check the body
of the message data and the CPFMSG_ID field, as this means that the API
didn't run correctly and this will tell you why.
