Niels, the SQL does provide the DB group PTF number.
As I recall the new SQL services are tied to the DB group PTF. Some of
the DB groups are released at the same time as the TR’s are released. I
would defer to others, but I do not think the TR is “necessary” for most of
the SQL services to work.
So I would use the DB group level and OS level mentioned in the
services_info view.

This are delivered thru specific PTF’s and are most times timed to the TR
releases.
