I don’t have time to get the exact syntax at the moment but what you want is a ROW_NUMBER() with a Partition By. Form the DB2 for i manual examples you want something similar to this added to your select columns.

ROW_NUMBER() OVER (PARTITION BY BXBID# ORDER BY <column(s) you want> DESC)
