I haven't understood what you want to achieve in the first place, then. Maybe because of missing table definitions.
I'm not sure if you can achieve an "on the fly" modification like desired just in SQL.
Possibly a trigger/function can help you by querying the last box number for a given primary key (?) from OEBOXCBX and increment that value after insert.
If that's also not what you intent, please provide more details about the table structures and example content.
