I don't believe that RDi has anything like this natively, but the popular
and excellent iSphere plugin has STRPREPRC which I believe embeds special
comments for compile instructions.

I still use Scott Klement's BUILD command which allows you to insert
commands as special comments and has subsitution variable parsing similar
to PDM, and it has been a life saver for me in a couple of places that
don't have any kind of CMS. (Thanks Scott)

@Mark Murphy - Thanks Mark - good spot. My descriptions are indeed the same
as the Full Colour definition in the DDS Manual under DSPATR.
