There are no RPGIV-specific examples - because Indicator Variables are
part of SQL syntax.
Check out the section, "Common concepts and rules for using embedded
SQL" and in particular, "Indicator variables in applications that use
SQL" on Page 4 of the (V7.3) Manual.
