eBay is a real mess. The API's I use are all JSON.
But that's how I found the issue with DATA-INTO and null (empty) element sets.

Unfortunately, your data doesn't conform to any *well established* CSV conventions. It definitely doesn't follow "Excel-flavored" CSV. How did your data get generated in the first place?
