Thanks Kevin, i tried this and -- yes, you have to wait out the timeout,
and - you don't actually have to provide anything to change.

You would have to wait out the time out. Like about 1/2 of the CHG
commands that IBM gave us, you don't actually have to provide anything to
change. CHGDSPF FILE(LIBRARY/OBJECT) without any other parameters works,
and returns the CPC7303 message even though you didn't change anything.
All of these should work like the CHGPGM command and return a No change
required message.
