From what I can tell, IBM wants nothing to do with ILE/RPG for CGI/Web
programming. And haven't for over 20 years.

I remember at my old job (you worked there too, John!) when I wrote my
first eRPG book, the IBM reps would visit and would joke "Oh, you're the
eRPG guy!!! hahah"

Why? They were trying to push Websphere on everyone as a solution when
there was already something easy, fast and familiar right in front of
them... at no extra cost.
