I do not envy your situation!

You CAN edit free form in SEU - Jon will scold me for this - you have to be sure that your syntax is correct, then ignore the yellow lines of "bad" source and say 'N' on the 2nd to last prompt, I think, where you save the member - the one that says you have errors, do you want to return to the source.

It won't go into the DEBUG statement, but you don't need it there - put it at the top as expected and ignore the warnings - ba-da-bing!!

You didn't mention that you were still using SEU.

SEU was frozen at V6 and doesn't understand anything added to the language after that. It will not be enhanced.

It is long past time to move to RDi - or even one of the free/low cost editor alternatives. SEU is dead.
