Odd Behavior in RDI

Hi,
I have a new programmer who has been working on an existing
program using RDI. She is ready to save it and has used save and save as.
It comes up with a window asking for the remote system connection, which
is correct, says OK, then it comes up a second time. It does not save.
There is also no option to compile. Tried changing perspectives, but still
does not show up. Do not want to exit this source and loose all the
changes. Other code works ok. Any ideas on why this one source program is
not working correctly? It is SQLRPGLE.
