Some of what you say here makes no sense Booth.

Typically you either have a web service (and test it with something like SoapUI) OR you have an HTTP server (and test it with a browser).

I think you are getting yourself mixed up and causing yourself more confusion.

Based on what you have said before, I suggest you forget the HTTP server bit and test your web service using the test option in the deployment wizard and/or using a tool like SoapUI.
