Subject: SQLRPGLE ... order by Timestamp descending

I have a file with a timestamp field which quite often has a value 0001-01-01.  I want to select all records in the file, in descending order for that timestamp.

First issue:  Only records greater than 0001-01-01 are being returned.

Second issue: no records are returned if I use "order by :timestamp desc"
