And the question I never asked is why are wanting to load more than 9999
rows? Assuming 12 records per page, that is more than 833 pages. Why would
a user by going through more than 833 pages of data?

If you are looking for certain values, maybe you want to dynamically
building an SQL statement to select only records that meet the criteria?
