I forgot a common error when you copy/paste from javascript and think it is
JSON

aaa = { "name" : "Henrik", address : "Byporten", "city" : "Copenhagen" }

This code will be accepted in javascript but it is NOT JSON but a mix.

Javascript can be very forgiving when it comes to JSON and besides that
what people believe is JSON
often are javascript objects. The main difference is

Javascript: { name : "Henrik" }
JSON: { "name" : "Henrik" }

Both javascript and JSON data must be encoded with \ before special
characters in the data-strings and
that is probably what is missing som Henrik"s must be Henrik\"s.

These enconding may be hidden in editors that is prefix sensitive
(reconize JSON) but is not hidden in a EDTF
that treats all IFS files as plain .txt

"lexical error: invalid char in json text " is the error message in debug
with yajl_buf_load_tree().

The json file is a a file I use successfully in javascript web pages. I
uploaded the file to the IFS without trouble. In fact I did it once with
FileZilla and once with RDi. Both attempts gave this same error message.
I then edited the file in the IFS with WRKLNK option 2
