There are a number of projects out there that provide the notion of dynamic arrays for RPG but I doubt any are oriented towards RPG.

I don't know what this could mean. They are *for* RPG... but somehow
not "oriented towards" RPG?

The only thing I can imagine you mean is that they are not "in the
style" of RPG, or somehow do not "feel like" RPG.

Well, that may be so. But I would think that's mainly because RPG
doesn't have anything like them. And by its nature, RPG is not a very
extensible language. So anything of significance that you add to it is
going to feel quite foreign.
