If you are using a CMS them more than likely they have a create command table that allows you to override the system defaults but if not then (see If you can?) change the default for CRTSQLRPGI COMPILEOPT() to add "DEFINE(SQLRPGLESRC)". Then you can look for that in your /IF xxx statements.

Can't you just use a define?

/If Defined (SQL_Program)
.... Your SQL stuff.
/EndIf

Include copy block in every program but only include the define if it is an SQL program.

/define SQL_Program
/copy *libl/qsrcf,cb_execcmd
/undefine SQL_Program

I am preparing a "copy book" in which I want to include some
statements only if the program uses SQL.

I found a few "predefined conditions" that tell me if creating a
module or a program, and in witch version I am, but I did not find a
condition to check if the program is rpgle or sqlrpgle, does that exist?

I once wished to determine if SQL was in use at compile time.
All I found was the ability to determine if SQL was in use at
execution time
