so are Apache, Java and Note.js amoung others - that doesn't make them
"System Standard". Beside I think that XMLSERVICE is BCD licensed and may
also be downloaded here: https://bitbucket.org/inext/xmlservice-rpg/overview

But, yes, it is also shipped with OS whatever ;-)

isn't it because XMLSERVICE is the middleware original written by YiP,
Zend and IBM?
