Include copy block in every program but only include the define if it is

That is the manual way -- I was looking for a more automated way.
Meaning... You have to manually insert the DEFINE directive in programs
you already know use SQL. RPG supplies the following automated method:

/If defined(*CRTBNDRPG)

But as far as I know does NOT supply the following desired
automated method:

/If defined(*CRTSQLRPGI)
