It seems you have threads going on two lists for the same issue. You're
also being asked the same questions. :)

Anyhow, put together a simple web for and set it to POST. Debug it and see
if the data comes in ok. If not, then something is up with your apache
server. If it comes through ok, please post again:

1. The content-type of the data (I believe it should be the same as the
content-type when you submit a form)

2. Some of the data? Can we see some of it?

3. What we should be seeing

With this we should be able to tell what might be going on with the data.

Those SQL-functions that are available within the SYSTOOLS schema, such as
httpgetCLOB or httpPostCLOB etc.

For example with httpGetClob you may access a webservice. If it returns XML
you may be able to analyze the result with XML_TABLE, if it returns JSON,
you may analyze the data with JSON_TABLE.
