Now that rings a bell. I ran into the content-type / conversion thing a month or so ago with output data.

The content type is " multipart/form-data;".

What does your config look like, and what is the content-type of the data?

The Apache server will convert ASCII to EBCDIC for some content types, but not all. For example application/json is not converted and will need to be in your application.
