Scott Klement's port of YAJL also includes some converters if you are
parsing JSON.. it actually can read it right from the POST data

yajl_stdin_load_tree()

This has parameters you can use to set it to convert it from 1208 to job
CCSID or not.

is_utf8 (input) = *ON=data is already UTF-8.
*OFF=data is in EBCDIC
errMsg (output) = error message (if any)
