Justin makes a great point. If (for example) your job runs the HSSF/POI
wrappers (also by Scott) first, the CLASSPATH will be set when the HSSF
stuff starts and can't be changed when the JDBC stuff starts.

I always submit my Java-using stuff to batch to avoid this.
