I have an RPGLE program compiled (CRTBNDRPG) with ACTGRP(*CALLER) and
DFTACTGRP(*NO) called by an OPM CLP with an OPNQRYF preceding the call.
Within the mainline code, the program checks for the number of records via
the file information data structure. I seem to remember the # records
-should- reflect the results of the OPNQRYF. However, the program aborts;
the open selected no records and the FIDS indicates a positive number of
records.
I'm wondering if I should just look for another way to check the
no-records condition, or do I have a bug in the code that I should
investigate further.
