Usually I define a data structure of the input-capable fields, as those are the only fields I care about when it is time for updates or refreshes. Also, mostly because I can confuse myself, I defines a field OrigFields like the data structure and that is the hidden field.

Booth, do you store a copy of the data structure in the subfile as a hidden field?
Or are you defining a second copy of every input capable field in the subfile?
