USRPRF attribute, showing only the Dynamic User Profile (DYNUSRPRF)

Use the Change Object Owner (CHGOBJOWN) and\or the Change Program (CHGPGM)
to effect any desired modifications to the USRPRF option.
The purely-SQL OPTION attributes can be reestablished [AFaIK, *only*] by
the recompile, as effected by a new invocation of the pre-compiler with
either the updated SET OPTION or the corresponding parameter specification
on the CRTSQLxxx request; or if compiled directly from a copy of the
pre-compiled source, then the SQL_##### declaratives would need to be
updated to reflect the changed settings.
