The expression can be changed such that it evaluates to a logical value, so
you can define an indicator variable and call it Loop.

Loop = *On;
DoU NOT Loop;
Loop = (p = %scan( '~' : SPdetl : PosLastDelim + 1) > 0);
If Loop;
// Process stuff here
endif;
Enddo;
