Hi Glenn, what's happening here is that y1vrP1 is being used as the last
part of the continued name overChargesLevel1, even with the blank line.
If you look in the cross reference, you'll see an entry for
OVERCHARGESLEVEL1Y1VRP1.
As Kurt says, you'd have to provide something in the fixed-form entries
for overChargesLevel1 to end the continued name. The only thing you
could do would be to code a length and data type, but that defeats the
whole purpose of defining overChargesLevel1 by its overlays.
