This looks great, only I assume numbr1 will need to be only in this data structure. Not bad limitation,

fwiw, this code:

D ds
D data dim(100)
D numbr1 11s 2 inz(1) overlay(data)
D numbr2 11s 2 inz(2) overlay(data: *next)
/FREE
nField = %xfoot(numbr1);
wString = %editc(nField: 'N');
dsply wString;
nField = %xfoot(numbr2);
wString = %editc(nField: 'N');
dsply wString;

gave me this result:
DSPLY 100.00
DSPLY 200.00

I have a qualified data structure array, with numeric subfields, like
this

data ds dim(100) qualified
numbr1 11 2
numbr2 11 2

I can refer to the elements as dat(i).numbr1, fine
Now I wnt to xfoot the 100 numbr1, is it possible?
