The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
And the poi-3.6 folder contents on the ifs match the one on my PC from last year when
I first downloaded and installed.

Scott,
The first thing I check was the POI files location in the ifs.
It's where they've always been . . /java/
Object link Type
dom4j DIR
poi3.6 DIR
poi3.8 DIR
readme.txt STMF
xmlbeans DIR

It says that it can't find the WorkbookFactory class in your CLASSPATH.
When you did the javap command, it also said the the same thing.
Any chance that your CLASSPATH is wrong? Or someone moved the POI jar files to a different location?
